• Calligraphy (Shodo): Learn to write kanji using traditional ink and brushes. You’ll create a piece of art that reflects your chosen word or name—something meaningful to take home.
• Box Sushi Making (Hako Zushi): Create colorful pressed sushi using wooden molds, a style often used in celebrations. You'll make it, eat it, and love it.
• Optional Sake Tasting
  Enjoy a gentle tasting of carefully selected Japanese sake in a relaxed, private setting.
  A perfect way to unwind after your cultural experience.

Each activity is guided by a friendly local instructor in a traditional Japanese-style room located in the heart of Osaka—Japan’s kitchen and cultural crossroads.
